Joshua is a Muncie native who briefly worked in the private sector before studying law at Ohio Northern University. While attending Ohio Northern University, Joshua was invited to participate in Law Review, where he published a Case Note reviewing an Ohio Supreme Court Decision, exploring adequate Due Process in Ohio.
